This Board is individually appointed to staggered terms by the Village President with advice and consent of the Village Board for terms of three years in duration. This nine-member commission reviews pending development and annexation proposals for the Village of Mokena.
Members address proposed developments and annexations from a planning perspective by comparing the proposed land use to the Village’s Comprehensive Land Planning Documents.
